    Travel fees:

    25-29 miles: $35

    30-34 miles: $50

    35-39 miles: $75

    40 miles: $100

    – We accept cash and credit, Zelle, Cash App, HSA/FSA, PayPal, and checks.

    – All appointments require a credit card down to hold the time slot. $50 will be charged if a cancellation occurs after 12 hours.

    -You will be charged the full visit if a cancellation occurs 3 hours       prior to your appointment.
